When booking E-Gift Card Please Read Our Policy

Gift Certificate: The purchase of a gift certificate is non-refundable, whether made in-office or through our online link. It serves as an acknowledgment of agreement with our policy. They cannot be redeemed for cash but will remain as credit at Nu Beauty Image for any services offered.

When you click the “Book Now” button, you will be directed to our service menu.

Once you select your desired service, you will see two payment options:

• $100 Deposit
• Prepayment (full-service amount)
   

• If your gift card balance is less than $100: 
  • You will need to use a personal card to pay the required deposit when booking 
• If your gift card balance is $100 or more:
  • Select the $100 deposit option to secure your appointment
  • The remaining balance can be paid in person using your gift card 
• If your gift card covers the full value of the service: 
  • You may choose the prepayment option and apply your gift card toward the full service.

When booking with a gift certificate, the same terms apply, including the requirement for a non-refundable deposit. If your gift certificate is less than $100.00, the deposit, combined with your gift certificate, must total $100.00. If book with a gift certificate (E-gift card) and is a no show, no call, same terms apply, $100 will be deducted from your gift certificate to cover the required deposit.

• If you or the recipient of a gift certificate book an appointment online or in-person and make a deposit or prepay the full amount, and then receive a gift certificate, you cannot request a refund in lieu of using the gift certificate, i.e., redeeming it for its cash value. However, if there is a remaining balance, you may apply your gift certificate towards it. When holding a gift certificate, you must book using it; if you have already prepaid, you may use the gift certificate for future services.
