Gift Certificate: The purchase of a gift certificate is non-refundable, whether made in-office or through our online link. It serves as an acknowledgment of agreement with our policy. Gift certificates and receipts are valid for one year from the date of purchase. They cannot be redeemed for cash but will remain as credit at Nu Beauty Image for any services offered.
When booking with a gift certificate, the same terms apply, including the requirement for a non-refundable deposit. If your gift certificate is less than $100.00, the deposit, combined with your gift certificate, must total $100.00. If your gift certificate exceeds the deposit requirement, and the terms of this policy are violated, $100 will be deducted from your gift certificate to cover the required deposit.
To reschedule, we require a 72-hour notice (3 days) prior to your appointment; otherwise, the deposit is forfeited. Last-minute cancellations, no-shows, or rescheduling within this 72-hour window prevent us from serving other clients who may need our services. We understand that unexpected situations arise, but please be mindful of our policy and note that there are no exceptions. The lost deposit will not be credited towards the procedure. Our priority is to accommodate clients who require our services. If you need to reschedule or modify your appointment, notification via phone call, voicemail, text, Facebook message, or email must be received 72 hours (3 days) before your scheduled time. (Our 72-hour period starts at midnight leading up to your service time.)
Changes from a longer to a shorter service duration are not allowed unless a full 72-hour notice is provided before your appointment. By booking, you have reserved our time, and last-minute changes to a shorter duration hinder our ability to accommodate other potential clients. If your appointment is booked using a gift certificate for a specific duration, switching to a service of shorter duration is not permitted.
