Hi, thank you for considering booking with Nu Beauty Image. I tried to make my policy as elementary as possible to prevent confusion or create any unnecessary exchanges of words. I take my business and relationship with my clients very seriously. I am a small business, I worked hard to stay open and provide services to those who want to be serviced by me. I look forward to building a long-term relationship with you all and appreciate your support and respect for my policy.
Please do not book your appointment if you do not agree to my policy, as we are all grown adults, I only want to be surround with positive minds who carries positive energy.
Nu Beauty Image Policies: We reserve the right to decline any service to those who are not a candidate with health issues, our conditions not within our scope.
Clients from out of town, out of state, or on vacation trips, business trips to Minnesota. This policy applies to you too, if you're book with me and your event is cancelled, your deposit will not be refunded. I understand circumstances happens but, it would be unfair to my local clients if I don't my follow policy. I recommend booking when you are already in town or know 100% you are going to be intown.
-No Children policy-
We love children; however, we have reachable implements, sharp containers, products, and cleaning supplies. It will be our negligence if we do not have proper protocols to prevent unattended care to a child during the time a parent is being pampered should something happen. We thank you for putting your child first and making sure they are taking care of before coming to your appointment.
***Unless your child has an appointment with us, please do not bring your child to your appointment.*** Your appointment will be automatically forfeit and you will be responsible for the full-service fee. We want to make sure we can fully concentrate on catering to you for the time you have reserved.
- Per our policy A Non-refundable deposit of $100.00 is required when booking a service, any remaining balance is due on the day of the appointment. The only time we will refund you, is if we have to cancel your appointment at last minute due to unforeseen circumstances, or you had pre-paid the full balance and decided to cancel, the difference of the deposit requirement will be refunded. Please note that the credit card company we use will have a processing fee for any refund which is not associated with Nu Beauty Image.
- For clarity of cancellation: When notify us within our policy time to cancel or reschedule the deposit is not refundable but will be a credit into your account with us. Should you change your mind after the deposit has been made and is booked on our schedule, it is not refundable. When you deposit, you are scheduled, you are reserving a time slot that others are not able to be scheduled. This takes away our opportunity of serving others who need our service. Any deposit made and not scheduled that exceeds 1 year form date of purchase will default to a loss.
- When booking with a gift certificate same terms applies, a non-refundable deposit is required. If your gift certificate is under $100.00 a deposit including your gift certificate must equal $100.00. Otherwise, if your gift certificate is over the deposit requirement, should terms in this policy becomes violated, the required deposit amount of $100 from your gift card will be withdrawn.
- If you or the party you are buying a gift certificate book an appointment online or in person and made the deposit or had prepaid the full balance, then later received a gift certificate, you or the party cannot ask for a refund in replacement of using the gift certificate, that is redeeming for cash value, unless there is a remaining balance, then you may use your gift certificate.
- If you have a gift certificate you must book with a gift certificate, if you had already prepaid then you can use the gift certificate at a later time.
- Depositing-Example: If your service is $150.00, a non-refundable deposit of $100 is required and the remaining balance is due at service time.
- If your gift certificate is under $100.00 a deposit including your gift certificate must equal $100.00 when making your nonrefundable deposit for booking your appointment and the remaining is due in person at appointment time.
- If the service is below $100.00: example: If it is at $85.00 a non-refundable deposit/ prepayment of $85.00 is required when booking.
- When you make your Non-Refundable deposit in office or via our link, it is used as a signature, that you are in agreement with our policy. Nu Beauty Image is a small business, WE HAVE ZERO TOLERANCE FOR THOSE WHO BOOK WITH US THAT HAS NO COMMITMENT TO SHOW UP AT THEIR APPOINTMENT.
- Appointment-Slot-Occupation: If you are already booked, and also is on our waiting list, then later on received a text alert about early availability, instead of calling to change your booked appointment to the early date, you decide to keep that other date and made a new appointment that texted you the alert, this mean you have two booking slots occupied. You are held accountable for occupying our slots- per our policy terms, a deposit is required to book an appointment, this means the deposit will not be refundable. To prevent any dispute please ask to change your appointment to the available date instead of occupying two slots.
- To reschedule we required 72 Hours’ notice (3 days) before your appointment otherwise deposit is forfeited. Last minute cancellation, No Show, or rescheduling in the (3 days) 72 hours prevents our business from servicing others who need our services first. We understand that unplanned situations happen, but we want you to remember our policies and be aware that there are zero exceptions. Our Goal is to satisfy clients who need our services first. Should you need to reschedule or make changes to your appointment, phone calls, voicemails, text, Facebook message, and emails, notice must be given 72 hours (3 days) before your appointment must be received. (Our 72 hours means the count at midnight, to the time you are going to be service.)
- Requesting a change from a higher duration to a lower duration will not be permitted unless a full 72 hours' notice was given before your appointment. You have occupied our time slot where we are unable to fit others in, last-minute adjustment to a lower duration prevents our ability to fit potential clients. If you are scheduled from a gift certificate with a specific duration, changing of service to a lower duration is not available.
- Single session or Package sessions, you are allowed to reschedule your appointment 6 times as long as you are within the rescheduling terms. Should you need to reschedule the same appointment after the 6th time, it will default to a loss, and if it's a session from within a package deal, then you will have to booking the next session. We want to service those who are serious about our treatment.
- As a grown adult, you are responsible for arriving on time. Your appointment date and time are reserved for you; late arrival shortens your time of service, causing us to rush our work leaving you unsatisfied. 15 minutes late is our cut off, please note that 15 minutes will be a loss. In example: If your service is 60 mins long, you will have the remainder of 45 minutes and is responsible for the full-service fee. Please be respectful of your provider’s time and client’s appointment after you. If your appointment starts at 10:00 am or whatever time you reserved for, that is the time we will be working on you, if you arrive at 10:00 and filled out your intake form, which takes 5 to 10 minutes please remember that those times will be a loss, as we have clients after you. It wouldn't be fair if you have to wait for the individual before you, who was not responsible for being on time.
Package Sessions: SPMU:
- If your Semi- Permanent Cosmetics comes with a 2nd session, you will have 3 months to schedule in if you did not schedule at your first appointment. Once it exceeds three months, your second session will become a loss and a non-refundable deposit of $100 is required, to book for your second session. Second sessions can be done at its earliest within 30 days, or scheduled within the 1 month’s period, no earlier. Sessions that are not consistent cause the procedure area to look incomplete.
- If you bought a Semi-Permanent makeup service that comes with a second session but when arriving to your second session you want to change the service, a new service fee is required at a full price, and the unused session is loss. (Example, you had microblading for session 1, then want to change it to ombre shading at your second session, you will be charged for ombre shading at a full price.)
- 3rdTouch up This touch up is for clients who had their first and second session with us or is a returning client who just had their yearly, two years touch up within the recent 3 months. If your session was a touch up, but work was done by another artist, you will be charged $375.00 for a single session. You cannot a touch up session until you have had the initial second session of $375.00. Once you have had the second initial touchup, then you may book our 3rdsession which is known for a minor touch up at $50.00. and moved on to the yearly touch up, to our two-year touchup based on your return. Anything after 3 years is considered a new set of services for permanent makeup.
Package Sessions:
FACIALS, FACIALS, CHEMICAL PEELS, MICRONEEDLING, BROW LAMINATION, EYELASHE LIFT, EXTENSIONS, & HEAD SPA& SCALP CLEANSING PACKAGES:
- If you deposit for a package deal, when present at your first appointment, if you do not pay in full for the package deal, package discount will not be valid. It will be considered a single session service purchased.
- Unused Sessions: If you are not consistent with booking your package session monthly, any unused session will expire in 1 year from date of package deal purchase. Unused sessions cannot be refunded or transferred to another person if you can’t continue or can’t make it to your appointment. It will remain in your account expire date. Unused procedure can be swapped to an equal value or a higher procedure and pay fee differences. Should you run into any medical condition that impacts on your treatment, you will have 6 months to get a doctor’s note to us otherwise if it turns into 1 year without notice it will be a loss.
Invasive treatments: During your planned services with Nu Beauty Image, should you receive the same services elsewhere, your remaining sessions will be forfeited. At Nu Beauty Image, we care for our client’s safety, we do not support double treatments. Having treatments from other professionals during your sessions with us will cause high risks of injuries, scarring, allergic reactions, and infection with long term injuries.
